Black Men’s Mental Health & Identity Group
You don’t have to carry it all alone. The Black Men’s Mental Health & Identity Group is a safe, confidential space created for Black men to heal, grow, and reconnect with who they were created to be. Through real conversations, practical mental wellness tools, and authentic brotherhood, this 5-week group experience is designed to support men navigating stress, identity, relationships, purpose, and emotional wellness.
Hosted by licensed mental health professionals Tia Montiero and Laurie Ford, this group offers encouragement, guidance, and community in a judgment-free environment where men can speak openly, build meaningful connections, and strengthen their mental and emotional health.
